Boss Rv 6 Favorite Settings

Boss rv 6 reverb i was able to sit down recently with the new reverb pedal from boss.
Boss rv 6 favorite settings. And i ve learned a little about it good and bad and thought i d pass it on. Performer and hobbyist for 25 years. I use those 2 effects every once in awhile so for me it made sense to get 1pedal instead of 2. I have one of those on the way.
Packing the latest boss dsp and updated algorithms the rv 6 gives you eight highly musical reverb effects in one compact pedal. The rv 6 is a great tool and is a worthy successor to the old rv 3 delay reverb pedal one of my all time favorite boss pedals wish i still had it. Admittedly the shimmer mode is pretty silly if you go too far clockwise with the tone knob but dial it back to around 9 o clock and you get a really different reverb sound that i can t really liken to any other. I m not a gigger or a pro.
The rv 6 offers eight different reverb effects each reviewed below. I ve been using a boss rv 6 now for more than 6 months. By em on january 2 2020 music background. The rv 6 as a whole though is a fantastic reverb.
First thing that i liked about this pedal is how the different settings relate to each other. I was quite excited because the demo the made this pedal look like a pedal with more than just a subtle effect. The only mode from the previous rv 5 the gate mode is now gone but in its place are three new modes. It s got a couple of really unique settings with the shimmer and modulated modes.
Add body and depth to your core tone with standards like room hall and plate dial up swirling richness with the modulate setting or surf it up with a vintage style spring reverb. Dynamic delay and shimmer.
